Multiprocessing and modern GPU

• fixed multiprocessing codes
• it can now be run on modern GPUs
• revised installation instruction
• one installation instruction for all kind of GPUs, backward compatibility
• also runs on CPUs seemlessly

Equipped with testing

• added tests based on one of Chris Rorden's data
• allow varying num epochs training and use the last epoch weights automatically
• download IIT mean b0 template from their server
