Updates the shared Relay Connector to PocketStation Core 1.1.7 so installed consumers receive valid route-depth observations under concurrent delivery. All 33 unit tests, portable semantics, strict Clippy, warning-free Rustdoc, and the isolated package dry run pass. Relay publication, named AudioBuses, cancellation, and shutdown behavior are unchanged.
