Replaces the vague crates.io description with a concrete statement: this Connector publishes PocketStation AudioBuses to remote WebRTC receivers. CI now applies the public-language check to package metadata as well as Markdown. Runtime behavior is unchanged. All 33 tests, portable semantics, strict Clippy, Rustdoc, and the package dry run pass.
