Introduce `SpinnerHandle` to show a spinner while loading and sorting servers. Add `--skip-check` flag to bypass the TCP performance check. Implement dead‑server detection using a 10s RTT threshold. Update Cargo dependencies: spinners, heck, lazy_static, maplit, strum. Add supporting crates for the new spinner and server‑check features.
