Release 4.6.0

Version bump only: #276 (Bump version: 4.5.0 → 4.6.0). The code itself is already on master via #277: IoC refanging with --refang/--no-refang (#274) and search ioc --with-artifacts (#275). Merging this changes the version on master, which publishes 4.6.0 to PyPI.

Requires

  • polyswarm-api 4.7.0 on PyPI (already published), for the polyswarm_api>=4.7.0 floor.

Release notes: draft release 4.6.0, published once 4.6.0 is on PyPI.

Bump version: 4.5.0 → 4.6.0

Release bump for 4.6.0: IoC refanging with the global --no-refang
opt-out (#274) and `search ioc --with-artifacts` (#275). The SDK floor
`polyswarm_api>=4.7.0` is already pinned; polyswarm-api Release 4.7.0
must be on PyPI before this repo's develop → master merge.

LGTM — a proper develop → master release PR. The version bump to 4.6.0 matches in pyproject.toml (version and current_version) and __init__.py, and the polyswarm_api>=4.7.0 floor matches specs/05-sdk-contract.md §Current floor. No issues.
