I built TaskFlow as a personal productivity tool that actually feels good to use. Most to-do apps are either too simple or too bloated — I wanted something in between. Clean, fast, and works without any login or internet connection.
- Add and delete tasks instantly
- Mark tasks as complete with a satisfying checkbox
- Assign priority — Low, Medium, or High — before adding
- Watch a live progress bar fill up as you complete tasks
- Filter by All / Active / Completed / High Priority
- Everything saves automatically in your browser
I kept it to 3 files on purpose — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No frameworks, no libraries, no build tools. Just clean vanilla code that anyone can open and read. I focused on things that are easy to miss but matter a lot — like preventing XSS attacks, handling empty submissions gracefully, and making it keyboard accessible.
HTML · CSS · JavaScript · LocalStorage API
Just download the 3 files and open index.html in any browser. That's it. No npm install, no setup.
- Dark mode toggle
- Due dates with overdue alerts
- Drag and drop to reorder tasks
- Sync across devices
