MIP-8 watch and reference data structure sections are not localized

Problem

On /mip-8, two sections stay in English when the site language is switched to Chinese:

• src/components/Mip8WatchSection.tsx (the live mainnet/testnet gas-schedule watcher, added in "Add live MIP-8 network watcher")
• src/components/Mip8CollectionsSection.tsx (the reference data structures grid, added in "Update MIP-8 page for mainnet activation")

Neither component calls useLanguage(). All other sections on the page already read their copy from src/i18n/en.ts / zh.ts, and the mip8.* key sets in both files are otherwise in sync.

Proposal

Move the copy of both sections into mip8.watch and mip8.collections in en.ts / zh.ts, add the Chinese translations, and wire the components through t() the same way the rest of the MIP-8 page does. English output stays unchanged.

Out of scope for this change: the two sr-only summaries in ComparisonSection.tsx and GasCalculatorSection.tsx that interpolate counts mid-sentence. Those need a small formatting helper and can be a follow-up.

I have a draft ready and can open the PR against this issue once you're happy with the scope.

I'd like to take this, admitted MOST participant. Plan: move the copy of Mip8WatchSection and Mip8CollectionsSection into src/i18n/en.ts and zh.ts under the existing mip8.* keys, and have both components read it via useLanguage(), like the other sections on /mip-8. Verify the page renders the same in English and localizes when the site switches to Chinese.

@nishuzumi I am releasing the claim on this issue after reviewing the inactive work. The draft has had no code update since September 4. I am closing PR #41 so the issue can be claimed again. Anyone interested should post a fresh claim and wait for maintainer approval.

@ShadowOfTime1 you already hold a claim on nishuzumi/moss#205 (open PR), and the pool rule is one claim per person at a time. Finish or release that one first, then claim here again.

Thanks, done: I've closed both moss PRs (#199 and #205) and released moss #194, so I hold nothing else in the pool now.
