Add comprehensive musl target support to the release and CI workflows.

This extends the CLI build and release path to support musl libc systems across both x86_64 and aarch64 architectures. The x86_64-unknown-linux-musl target was already present in the release workflow; this change completes the implementation by adding aarch64-unknown-linux-musl and adding musl build verification to CI.

Changes:

  • Extend release.yml to build aarch64-unknown-linux-musl, providing statically linked binaries for ARM-based Alpine Linux and musl systems
  • Add dedicated CI job to verify x86_64-unknown-linux-musl builds on every push and pull request
  • Update README to document musl support and explain the auto-detection behavior in the installer script
  • Maintain all existing non-musl targets (glibc, macOS) without disruption

Musl binaries enable deployments on Alpine Linux, embedded systems, and other musl-libc environments, complementing the existing glibc and macOS releases. The installer script already detects musl and selects the appropriate binary variant.

Add comprehensive musl target support to the release and CI workflows:
- Extend release.yml to build aarch64-unknown-linux-musl in addition to existing x86_64-unknown-linux-musl
- Add dedicated CI job to verify x86_64-unknown-linux-musl builds on every push/PR
- Update README to document musl support and auto-detection in the installer script
- Maintain existing non-musl targets (glibc, macOS) without disruption

Musl binaries provide static-linked, Alpine-compatible releases for all supported architectures.
