Replace synthetic fixture SHAs with deterministic SHA-1 hashing - #45

Conversation
The makeHeadSha function previously generated SHAs from predictable repeating patterns (0101010..., 0202020...). Update to use Node crypto.createHash with SHA-1 to produce realistic-looking but deterministic SHAs based on fixture seed values. All 64 benchmark fixture tests pass; both cargo test (88 passed) and bun run bench (64/64 passed) succeed.

Fixture SHAs are now generated using deterministic SHA-1 hashing instead of predictable repeating patterns. This improves benchmark fidelity and avoids confusion if fixture SHAs are logged or compared against real data. All 64 benchmark fixtures pass (cargo test: 88 passed, bun run bench: 64/64 passed).
