Since the package ‘rfUtilities’ has been removed from the CRAN repository, it must be installed using the following command:
install.packages( "https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/rfUtilities/rfUtilities_2.1-5.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source" )
