This should finalize the IO Stream sub-system.
The HttpClient is a different matter. We have THttpClient but it's a downloader with backends, not PSR-7. At some point soon the THttpClient will be renamed and a new class will takes its place.
Some of the changes in 4.4 should be back-ported into 4.3.3, not much, but a few forward compatibility updates.
