Summary of Changes (8 Atomic Commits)

  1. Vendor-Neutral Documentation: Replaced proprietary competitor product references in README.md, site/index.html, and scanner/suppression.py with standardized category terminology.
  2. Detector Count Reconciliation: Updated detector badge in README.md to accurately reflect 28 active rules in the engine registry.
  3. SARIF Upload Action Upgrade: Bumped github/codeql-action/upload-sarif from v3 to v4 across action.yml and scanner-ci.yml.
  4. CI Concurrency Optimization: Configured workflow concurrency groups with cancel-in-progress: true to avoid pipeline congestion.
  5. Schema Discovery Performance: Optimized DocType JSON discovery in scanner/schema/engine.py by hoisting directory base name resolution.
  6. Rule Parity Enforcement: Updated tests/test_all_rules.py to strictly enforce exact 28 active rules parity.
  7. CLI Documentation: Documented standard CLI exit codes (0 = clean, 1 = failure/error) in scanner/cli.py help epilog.
  8. Python 3.14 Packaging: Declared Python 3.14 environment classifier in pyproject.toml.
