Bumps the pinned upstream release from v0.7.0 to v0.8.0 (commit 687faf8). wisp now requires Zig 0.17, so the build stage downloads 0.17.0 and checks it against the sha256s from ziglang.org for both architectures.
v0.8.0 has no protocol or configuration changes from 0.7.0; it picks up two upstream WebSocket fixes (a wss read that could leave a received message unread on a quiet connection, and a buffer resize that handed memory to the wrong allocator). No migration.
