POCD-579
Description
Hostinger notified us on an issue that they were having with the card form where they were getting errors stating that the card fields weren't loaded correct. These errors occurred after a change I had made to add a retry mechanism when trying to post messages to an iframe where previously we failed silently.
Solution
We still aren't sure why this is occurring so we've updated the logic to trigger telemetry when these errors occur.
