ETM fairness remaining changes
Add merge commits from upstream
Create ETMFairParamFactory.java. Get upstream changes: update ant.yml. Temporary: Hardcode env var.
To run ETMr (repair) without GUI.
github.ref refers to refs/pull/6/merge in a PR context (bad for pushing) github.head_ref refers to the actual branch name of the pull request (safe to push to)
