What changed

The setup-go toolchain pin moves from 1.25.13 to 1.26.9 in ci.yml (the test and lint jobs) and in release.yml. docs/stack.md is updated to match. go.mod still says go 1.25.0, so GOTOOLCHAIN=auto keeps working on older setups.

Why

govulncheck fails every PR (#58, #59) on GO-2026-6603, 6607, 6608, 6609, 6611, 6612, 6613 and 6617 (net/http, net/textproto, crypto/tls). These are reachable from scc's call graph. Go 1.25 is out of support and got no backport, and 1.26.9 is the first release with the fixes.

Verification

  • scc validate: 0 findings.
  • The pre-push gate passed locally (build, format, lint, test).
  • This PR's CI runs govulncheck on the new toolchain.

… net/http and crypto/tls fixes

govulncheck fails every PR on GO-2026-6603..6617 (net/http, net/textproto,
crypto/tls) reachable from scc's call graph. The 1.25 line is out of
support and has no backport; 1.26.9 is the first fixed release. go.mod's
go 1.25.0 directive is unchanged, so GOTOOLCHAIN=auto still installs on
older setups.
