Add spectogram floor controls #136

Description

@mixxorz

Hello. First of all, thanks so much for OSM. I've been using it for a few years and it's really great.

Currently, the spectogram hard codes the floor to -140db. There are controls for min, mid, and max, but floor cannot be changed. It would be useful for my use case (live SPL monitoring) if I could "raise the floor" of the spectogram display a bit more, so I can effectively ignore really quiet sounds that would otherwise wash the spectogram blue.

So what I'm imagining is a control that would get added to the left of min dB, called floor dB or something, and it would default to -140db to preserve current behavior, but be changeable.
