Better branch selection during build
This reverts commit ce45e25.
Updating docs build script to handle pdf
drop the attempt to build pdf on runner
LaTeX only for test

either to test if it works, or to try and compile (on ubuntu)
Trying to move to a structure where the psychopy-docs is the root folder (because that's what GitUhb exepcrts so maybe causing issue with the github-push permissions)
