The current limitations on commercial usage renders the project incompatible with the OSI's Open Source Defintion, which states in point 6 "No Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor," "...it may not restrict the program from being used in a business...".
This PR updates the README to use more suitable terms like "publicly available source code", which makes it clear that the project is not using a license that is fully OSI compliant.
