It allows you to upload exercise sessions from a data logger or cycling computer and perform post-analysis on your ride by viewing your speed, heart rate, power, elevation and the route during the exercise session. exercise_mvc can also be used to plan rides in the future to keep track of how you are performing over time and whether your are meeting training goals.
