The round on #3512 at 1ab4c893 used this label for three findings. Two had threads and one, on spec/files.json, appeared only in the body, so the reader's notice was the only signal that a body-only finding existed. It was answered by hand.

Fix

Add unresolved findings: to the labels list in scripts/reviewers/copilot.json, with a case in the reader's tests built from a constructed body carrying that label.
