The Version history section on card pages showed site-changelog diffs, not the card's actual balance history 526 of 577 cards covered, refresh via tools/wiki_card_history.py) into data/card_history.json, serve it at /api/cards/{id}/history, and render it as the section with a fallback to the old timeline for undocumented cards.
