The Normal/Upgraded toggle now sits on the same row as the card name (middle aligned, wraps on mobile), the star-cost pill on the detail tiles matches the energy pill's height, and the star glyph no longer inflates its row in the card-page eyebrow. Covers the header-layout item in #795.
