Per-piece GREEN on synth v0.12.0, authoritative skips 3/18 all #369 hard-float unchanged, bulk-mem clean; no new unlowerable op. spar v0.21.0 released but jess CI pins v0.17.0 (gates green, no blocker, not bumped).
