Publishes the complete PAM HTTP 2 documentation line, adopts the permanent pam-http-* package family, documents legacy migration bridges, removes obsolete prerelease guidance, and updates repository ownership. Also refreshes three vulnerable transitive documentation dependencies within existing ranges.\n\nValidated with repository coverage, Astro type checks, static build, 17,881 internal links, accessibility across 136 pages, SEO across 136 pages, and a clean npm audit.
