ive updated the example so that it works with RN 0.20. Im planning to send another PR that will add support for Android after this one is merged in

@manask88 Is there any progress with this? I noticed that you mentioned Android support...do you need help getting it added in?

for android, you can look into https://github.com/kprimice/react-native-sensor-manager
since both repo's api are similar and licensed in ISC, we can do the porting job with the two as I mentioned at #10
