Change tiled server to nsid h5py datasets

nsid is the native fie format for sidpy on which all the successive analysis methods are based on.

This may not be a good idea since the tile server only transmits numpy array and metadata anyway.
Better to have an SciFiReader translater.

Main goal:

client side code stays unified, no matter the microscope

Problem:

Different APIs have different metadata. We need to finalize an agreed metadata format

Good news:

We have agreed on this already with NSID

Solution:

Acquisition saves can either:

1. save data in NSID h5 format (ideal)

2. save data in native format (ex. .abv) - less desireable, but impossible to get around for some APIs

Then, we use SciFiReaders in a custom Tiled reader (in the tiled server) to read any of these formats with unified metadata structure.

Of course, this data is trasnmitted to the client as the standard tiled format, a catalogue.

Future works will build a simple converter from the tiled catalogue into a sidpy dataset
