Summary

Turns vendor-lead-discovery into a GitHub-backed lead source for MCP, agent-framework, and API-tool segments.
Adds scoring, clean lead JSON, owner links, outreach pitch, fallback seed leads, and next-action guidance for Pyrimid vendor onboarding.

Testing

Verified the unauthenticated GitHub repository search query returns live repository results.
Full local build was not run; dependency installation did not complete.
