Made some improvements to pyrimid-spec-v0.2.md, docs\reference\pyrimid-agent-distribution.md, docs\reference\pyrimid-fluencr-fork-plan.md based on what was discussed in the issue. Took a look through the code, found a few things that could be better, and patched them up. Let me know if anything needs adjusting. - bshes.g
