Implementing the call for proposal process.

We would begin the work of ensuring that people can submit proposals. This would include

• Removing the sections on the home page that have nothing to do with submitting proposals

• Implementing the designs of the Dashboard pages and ensuring that the current style guides are been used

• Deploying

@danidee10 I would use this branch to do the conversion of the templates, and would be replacing step by step.

Has anyone been able to get the change form in the admin to display?

Here is what i mean?

In my dev environment, when i try opeining any change form, it gets stuck loading.

I have been able to solve the above. Had to pin down the django version to v1.10.8.

@depecode i added a cfp.html to the design folder which shows just the section that needs to be used. It is similar to the home page with some info missing.

I would also create another issue to track deployment of the site to a staging server so that we can keep track of what needs to be done and what has been done so far.
@pyung/development-team Work has started and we are under some form of deadlines.

@gbozeeI totally forgot. The Conference change form worked on my system with Django 1.9.9. Maybe it's a windows issue or something on your system.

It still works on 1.10

I tried uploading to 1.11 but it failed. I guess we are stuck with 1.10
