Development PR for the LeanFrontier extension arm. This candidate extends the accepted
MarkovEquationmodule with a local descent theorem for ordered positive Markov triples away from(1,1,1). The formal statement, proof, and target shortlist were produced by GPT-5.6 Sol; the human operator selected the agent's recommended Markov-tree direction from that shortlist. Do not merge this fork-local PR; it is being used to drive compile/receiver feedback before an upstream submission.
