NUI rewritten on the LXR UI kit — vanilla JS, no CDN, same qb-invento…

html/index.html, main.css, app.js replace the Vue/axios/fontawesome build. lxr-ui.css + local fonts ship in the resource.
Every message and callback keeps its payload; GetParentResourceName() replaces the hard-coded qb-inventory URL.
tests/preview.html previews and runs an interaction test in a browser (drag partial/stack/swap, quick move, split,
purchase, context menu, drop — all verified in headless Chrome). Screenshots in docs/img.
