Fastembed-gpu requires huggingface-hub<1.0 and pillow<12.0. Can we update fastembed-gpu to accommodate the latest huggingface-hub and pillow?

Hey @dlin95123

Both are unblocked now - huggingface-hub went to <2.0 in 0.7.4 (#582) and pillow to <13.0 in 0.8.0 (#611). The gpu package shares the same pyproject, so fastembed-gpu 0.8.0 has both.
