Move Delete into an Actions dropdown, add bulk Download Snapshot
Replaces the standalone "Delete (N)" button on the Collections page with an "Actions (N) ▾" dropdown containing Download Snapshot and Delete.
Downloads snapshots for selected collections sequentially (create + download per collection, since Qdrant has no bulk-snapshot endpoint)
Existing delete flow (confirmation dialog, bulk delete logic) is unchanged
