…ntext for discounts Move pricingModelId from createOnlyColumns to readOnlyColumns in all 3 discount schema variants (Default, NumberOfPayments, Forever), removing it from the client insert schema. Replace validateAndResolvePricingModelId with direct ctx derivation pattern in the discounts router and mutation. Remove PricingModelSelect from discount form frontend.
…issing apiKey forwarding Context-appropriate error messages for API vs dashboard callers when pricingModelId cannot be determined. Also adds apiKey forwarding to mutations/createDiscount.ts for consistency with the router version.
