The pre-commit hook ends in `bun lint-staged` and `.lintstagedrc.yaml` is committed, but lint-staged is not a dependency — so the hook dies with "Script not found lint-staged" on every commit. Adding the dependency is the whole fix: bun falls back to node_modules/.bin when no script matches, which is how the same hook already works in tsume_checker. Second half of the same problem as #1 — that one unblocked `bun test`, this one unblocks the step after it.
