Request: Improve Artifacts Page Usability

Currently, we access the latest nightly build page and get redirected to the artifacts page to download build outputs.
https://github.com/qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom/actions/workflows/nightly-build.yml

We would prefer to directly use the artifacts page:
https://qli-prod-artifacts.qualcomm.com/qcom-prd-gh-artifacts/qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom/

However:

• The page does not show last modified dates for folders.
• Folders are not sorted by latest builds.
• No identification if the build is for master branch or wrynose branch

Request:
Please add “Last Modified” timestamps and sort folders in descending order by date. This will allow users to easily identify the latest build directly from the artifacts page without relying on the nightly builds page.

The PR #2532 is merged. But still I can see the "Last Modified" dates are not updated.
