Update the load address for OP-TEE by shifting it upwards by 3 MB to ensure that Uboot-SPL is loaded below it in the memory map instead of being loaded above it at 0xbc48 0000 since this region is used for loading Trusted Apps. This re-arrangement also opens up memory below OP-TEE which can be used by Uboot-SPL for loading the Secure Partition manifests in the form of an FDT blob, the blob would be read by TF-A/OP-TEE when FF-A is enabled. Add Nord PAS platform support for the HPASS0-2 and NSPSS0-3 remote processors. Register the NSPSS and HPASS subsystem with their PAS IDs, base addresses, clock groups, reset sequencing and enable them for fw_start operations. Signed-off-by: “Deepak <kudee@qti.qualcomm.com>
