Introduce CONFIG_QCOM_GENI_FW_LOAD and use it to conditionally register the GENI firmware initialization callback. This allows platforms without GENI firmware requirements to disable firmware loading while preserving existing behavior by default. Signed-off-by: Aswin Murugan <aswin.murugan@oss.qualcomm.com>
