Add initial SPL boot support for the Qualcomm Shikra platform. This series introduces the Shikra SPL implementation, enables QUP firmware loading from eMMC during early boot, and adds MMU/cache initialization using the board-specific pre-DDR memory map. Together, these changes provide the foundation required for SPL bring-up.

Add the Shikra SPL board implementation, linker script, and
defconfig. Provide QCLIB interface-table hooks, select the
core_nhlos_a FIT partition, and add the SPL pinctrl option
needed for early eMMC and console bring-up.

Load QUP firmware from the eMMC GPT partition before probing
the non-minicore console. Retain the required device-tree
nodes, initialize eMMC before the last-stage event, enable
the QUP wrapper clocks before accessing serial-engine
registers, and release the firmware buffer after all
consumers have loaded it.

Use Shikra's fixed pre-DDR memory map when enabling caches in
SPL. Allocate page tables from the early malloc-F heap and
select the board map through a common Qualcomm hook. Flush
BootIMEM before transferring control to QCLIB.
