Bump the version to 0.3.0 (pyproject, uv.lock, CITATION.cff, the Citing blocks) and date the changelog. Also reorganize the website's top bar: Home, Get started, Models, Articles, Reference, For AI / LLMs, Changelog, with both case studies listed under Articles and their URLs unchanged.
