Removes [serialize-javascript](https://github.com/yahoo/serialize-javascript). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@storybook/react](https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/tree/HEAD/code/renderers/react). These dependencies need to be updated together.
