/home/agent is a mounted volume, so build-time skill registrations are lost on first run. Move `npx skills add` to entrypoint.sh so skills are installed on every container start. Failures are silently ignored. Closes #48 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
