Main aim: allow users to save the DH and associated data and load it back in for cases where the user is running FSM multiple times on the same unchanging topography (e.g. FSM to compare multiple runoff values/fields in one location).
Time savings can be significant for large domains. Example: a 12 million cell domain took 5.6 s to calculate the DH and run FSM, or 0.6 s to load a previously calculated DH and run FSM.
