What changed

  • reduces the Said header from 52 to 38 points and uses a 15-point semibold title
  • replaces the oversized switch with a compact native SwiftUI switch hosted inside the existing AppKit menu row
  • scopes a teal tint to the On state while Off remains system-neutral
  • reduces the status row, removes one redundant divider, and aligns lower commands
  • renames Settings to Said Settings so macOS does not inject the oversized special Settings treatment
  • adds density-normalized Klack/Said visual QA receipts for On and Off states

Architecture

  • AppModel remains the single source of truth
  • the SwiftUI bridge exists only because NSSwitch does not expose a per-control tint API
  • no capture, model, storage, permission, or network behavior changed

Verification

  • 45 tests passed
  • privacy smoke passed
  • production build and local-alpha verification passed
  • design QA passed at matched 260-point width and 2x density
