Summary

  • Menu bar trimmed to five items: status line, today line, Pause for 1 Hour, Ignore (hidden until an app has been frontmost), Open Tilde, Quit. The production model submenu and the Exact Screen Text item are gone from the menu; the model picker was already in the Tilde window, and Exact Screen Text is now a row in Privacy & Data with an enable button and a one-line explanation. The Model Preview research build keeps its research controls.
  • Secrets audit results: no real secrets in the tree or history. All secret-shaped strings are synthetic redaction-evaluator fixtures; .github/secret_scanning.yml excludes script/testdata/** and Tests/**, and script/testdata/README.md says so. One local path removed from docs/plans/screen-memory.md.
  • Releases: CHANGELOG.md (Unreleased section populated) and docs/releasing.md (the notarized DMG via package_app.sh, tag, gh release create).

Not in this PR: commit-author identities in git history (a decision for the owner before the repository goes public).

Test plan

  • ./script/proof.sh fast green
  • Look at the menu and Privacy & Data on a real display

…ta, synthetic test data marked for secret scanning, changelog and release guide, one local path removed

The menu bar now shows state, today's line, Pause, Ignore <App> (when there
is one), Open Tilde, and Quit. The model picker and the Accessibility
prompt live in the Tilde window, where the rest of the settings already are.
