"How to install MVRegC?"

Hi @binfengjiao, I haven't tried to use this library myself, but the project follows a standard structure. MVRegC is a set of C++ bindings within this project, which can be found in the cxx subfolder. To install this, you will need to install the dependencies mentioned in the project README.md, as well as install pybind11. After that, you can install the code by navigating to the ./cxx folder and calling pip install . in the command line.
