Remove [racksdb] > enabled agent configuration parameter default value (was true previously). When unset, agent tries to load RacksDB if possible.
When [racksdb] > enabled is omitted in configuration, the agent tries to load the database and schema and disables the feature if unable to load. Explicit enabled=yes now fails agent startup on load errors (previously fail-soft with error in logs). Operators who don't want RacksDB integration and get rid of warning logs can set enabled=no in configuration.
