Account for padding at the current bit position when comparing stored blocks with fixed and dynamic encoding.
A complete-stream regression drops from 36 to 35 bytes at the affected boundary and verifies the decoded payload. The seven tracked corpora retain identical sizes at all ten levels; no throughput improvement is claimed.
