What changed\n\n- Add zlib-style good-match throttling and seeded lazy lookahead.\n- Roll KFlate's existing three-byte hash through a 24-bit window in the regular matcher.\n- Keep level 9's original cost-aware hash path.\n- Add lazy-level round-trip coverage and the Linux 3/15 A/B report.\n\n## Verification\n\n- Local :kflate:jvmTest\n- Remote Linux :kflate:jvmTest\n- Local :kflate:assemble\n- Remote benchmark-jar build\n\nLevel-6 Linux 3/15 results show Rainier 9.11% faster and Maltese 11.23% faster with unchanged compressed sizes.
